New Portfolio

Last spring Ptor Spricenieks, Nicolas Aubert and myself climbed and skied the famous Glacier Noir in le Parc National des Ecrins. It is in print in Ski Mag now and online on the Black Diamond website, support of these great adventure skiers.

Again a new catalog, with a totally new and more stylish concept this year. Great team work, and a refreshing result.

Once again a very pleasant issue of COG.
Spring skiing is good

A short trip in the most spectacular range of the alps : the DOLOMITES. Old friends, new friends, a lot of skinning and miles of steep couloirs.
Pro Photographer Showdown

One of my favorite portrait was selected as a finalist to the Re:ACTION contest of the Telus festival of Whistler. Final result will be released soon. I rescan the old 6*7 tri-X negative for the contest and was really amazed by what a Pentax 67 was able to produce some years ago.

I was yesterday in Basel, CH, to shoot portraits of RAYMOND WEIL CEO & President as well as the wonderfull booth at BASELWORLD.
COG magazine

I am really happy to see in print my first 2 stories published in the last COG . It's all about bike culture and visual experience. One of my favorites mag ever. Thank you Peter.

NEW ECO GUNS for 2010

It was time to go skiing this morning. We try 2 new set-up for the fresh snow with two very different design : the 205 Peugeot and the Rossignol S7 (with ATbindings-the eco part). Finally both share a very soft frame and floating feeling, cost almost the same price, and allow the pow to be ridden !
Portfolio in Skipass

Ski photography as always be my first priority and this small itw and nice portfolio in is a tribute to this work.

In some rare case bad camera could make good photos...

Rossignol shoot at l'Alpe d'Huez

Massive shaping work for this Rossignol shoot with Xavier Bertoni, Kevin Roland, Kug, Brynild and Thomas Gerin. We were really lucky with weather, and the light and clouds were just fantastic.
La Clusaz FreeSession : 2nd

Rude FS/FR/video/photo contest. We were pround to take this 2nd place behind the local team but in front of a really strong Oakley team too. Thanks to my teamates Manu Gaidet, Jean-Mi Gouadain and Mr Kuge for walking, shoveling and flying so much. Mathias Lopez kill the video contest. See you next year. details on Skipass
So much snow in ISOLA 2000

I go shooting the last ressort of the Alps before the sea with Roof, Rich Permin and Aurelien Fornier. It was incredibly snowy and cold. And we find really nice spot specially the now promised to fame "Bunker Drop".
McKinley shoot in Madagascar

This year we visit madagascar to shoot the McKinley collection in a true wild place. The whole staff finally survive this ten days shoot involving trekking, bivouac, wild plane landing, short sleep and third world usual troubles. It was above all a great team work, and an exceptionnal blend of luck and fine planning from brand manager Nicolas Thibault. Hopping to keep with this pace for a while...
Nakamura Catalog shoot in Les Gets

Lot of bikes and lot of work around Les Gets and Annecy to produce the 2009 catalog to be released this fall.
